PILLS 6

Beauty surgery,... perhaps.

PILLS 6 is the right panel in a triptych. We see three shots of the same face: a perfect, idealized face of a female model bathed in cool blue colors and smooth skin tones. She stares ahead emptily with her large, radiant green eyes and long eyelashes. The model slides her hand over her face, revealing fingers and nails with shiny polish. Her hair is hidden under a cap, but is it a bathing cap or a covering for surgery? Beauty surgery perhaps. Pink pills fly across the picture. What are these pills? Painkillers? Vitamins? Hallucinogens? Her vacant stare does not bode well.
